I’m Josh Golub — a father, mentor, and community builder with an unwavering passion for empowering others. Over the years, I’ve learned that true leadership doesn’t start in boardrooms — it starts at home. As the proud father of five brilliant children, my greatest honor has been to provide, protect, and prepare them for the future they deserve. That experience shaped how I lead in every other space: with empathy, presence, and a deep commitment to service.

 

Professionally, I’ve worn many hats — from managing high-volume businesses to spearheading nonprofit initiatives. Regardless of the setting, I lead with integrity, emotional intelligence, and a vision rooted in impact. My approach blends strategic thinking with genuine human connection — creating spaces where teams thrive, voices are heard, and change is made. 

 

I have extensive experience building and developing training programs for both public and private entities. Recognized by state leadership for implementing workforce and training programs at the grassroots level,  GLOW's reach continues to expand, bringing a unique approach to community equity.

As Founder and CEO of the G.L.O.W. Foundation, I’ve dedicated my life to driving civic engagement, equity, and opportunity across communities. Whether mentoring youth, organizing workforce initiatives, or pushing for systemic change, I believe in meeting people where they are and walking with them toward where they want to be.

 

At the end of the day, I’m just a man striving to leave every space — and every life — a little brighter than I found it.
